No feet on the table!

I love this picture! Raeleigh was sitting in her seat at the table where she kept putting her foot up on the table edge. We have a no feet on the table rule, so the boys thought it was funny!

Swim Lessons..

They boys are taking swim lessons again this year. I got some great pictures of them jumping in! They were having a blast!

My big boys..

My big boys are 6.5 and 5. Up until 3 weeks ago they sleep at the foot of my bed in toddler beds. Before that they were in my bed or a side car crib. Before that they were safetly tucked in my uterus. They have moved on. They have grown up. They were ready. I guess I was and didn't know it. I expected them to fight, to not fall asleep.

Tonight we told them bed time. They went upstairs, they brushed their teeth they got in bed. Alone. I went to check on them and they are sleeping like babies. With out mommy or daddy. Alone...but with each other. The second night they slept in their room Tate tells me "mommy...I don't need you to lay with me as long as I have Adison in the room with me."

My boys have grown up. Without me, but with each other.

I'm ok..really I am...I think.

Visits with cousins..

Tate's first tooth!

My boys are growing! Tate lost his first tooth July 15th! He put it under his pillow for the Tooth Faeire and got $5.00!!
I told him apparently the Tooth Faeire pays more on your birthday!

We went to the dentist last week and he confirmed what I thought about the tooth. It was not a spontaneous loss. They must have been playing and knocked it loose then it fell out. The bad part is that his permanent tooth will not be in for a year or more.
So snaggle tooth little boy is here to stay for a bit!

Our babysitter Katie stopped by the other day. The boys were amazed watching her doing backflips in the yard!
